Rules Notes:
- The Ultra-lite wheels have all BSA markings inside and out, but the tread is visibly thinner. If your race rules are strict and do not allow "lathing", you can not use this car.
- The graphite-coating on the wheels make the outside tread SILVER. If your rules allow the use of graphite, then the graphite coating is fine, but if your rules do not allow graphite, you can not use this car.
